Add the item to the cart and fill in the form. No registration needed. If you prefer, message us on Viber or Telegram and we\u2019ll do it for you.<\/p>\n

Can I order something that isn\u2019t on the site?<\/h3>\n

Yes. Tell us what you need: we often have items not yet listed, or we can order them in.<\/p>\n

How do I check my order status?<\/h3>\n

We send the waybill number to your messenger right after dispatch. The status is also visible under \u201cMy orders\u201d if you created an account.<\/p>\n

How long does delivery take?<\/h3>\n

1\u20132 days across Ukraine with Nova Poshta. Orders before 16:00 on a working day ship the same day.<\/p>\n

How much does delivery cost?<\/h3>\n

Carrier rates apply. Delivery is free on orders from \u20b42500.<\/p>\n

Is pickup available?<\/h3>\n

Yes, in Kyiv near Vasylkivska metro, by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n

By card online, cash on delivery, or bank transfer.<\/p>\n

Can I get an invoice for a company?<\/h3>\n

Yes. Write to info@yellowsquare.shop and we\u2019ll send an invoice and closing documents.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h2>\n

How long do I have to return an item?<\/h3>\n

14 days from delivery, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition. Details are on the \u201cReturns & exchange\u201d page.<\/p>\n

Who pays for return shipping?<\/h3>\n

If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we do. If it simply didn\u2019t suit you, the buyer does.<\/p>\n

An item is marked \u201cComing soon\u201d. What does that mean?<\/h3>\n

We\u2019re preparing the item for sale: confirming stock and price. Message us and we\u2019ll give you a date and reserve it.<\/p>\n
