Terms of sale
The terms of sale that apply when you place an order.
This document is a public offer by sole trader Oleksandr Semenchenko (the Seller) to conclude a contract of sale on the terms set out below. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
1. Subject of the contract
The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods into the Buyer’s ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them on the terms of this offer.
2. Placing an order
Orders are placed through yellowsquare.shop, in a messenger or by phone. The Buyer confirms that the details provided are accurate and sufficient for delivery.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in hryvnia. The Seller may change prices until the order is confirmed. Payment is possible by card online, cash on delivery or bank transfer.
4. Delivery
Delivery is handled by the carrier Nova Poshta at its rates, or by pickup in Kyiv by arrangement. The risk of accidental damage passes to the Buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier.
5. Returns and exchange
The Buyer may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days, provided they are unused and in resalable condition, under the Ukrainian Consumer Rights Protection Act. The procedure is described on the “Returns & exchange” page.
6. Liability
The Seller is not liable for improper use of the goods, nor for delays caused by the carrier. The Seller is not responsible for the content of externally linked websites.
7. Personal data
By placing an order the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The procedure is described in the Privacy policy.
