Terms of sale

Version of 22 September 2026. This document is the official public offer of individual entrepreneur Oleksandr Semenchenko (hereinafter the Seller) to conclude a distance contract of sale on the terms set out below. The offer is addressed to an unlimited number of individuals and legal entities.

Placing an order on yellowsquare.shop, in a messenger or by phone constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms under Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. From that moment the contract is deemed concluded.

1. Definitions

• Site — the Yellow Square online shop at yellowsquare.shop with all its subdomains and language versions.
• Goods — the products presented on the Site: soldering consumables and tools, 3D printing spare parts and components, kinesiology tapes, mini printers, PC and phone accessories, household, chemical and other catalogue items.
• Buyer — an individual or legal entity that has placed an order on the Site.
• Ordering — a duly completed request by the Buyer to purchase the Goods stating the delivery and payment method.

2. Subject of the contract

The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them on the terms of this offer. The Goods are sold for the Buyer's personal non-commercial use or for the needs of the Buyer's business; resale on behalf of the Seller is not envisaged.

3. Placing an order

1. An order can be placed through the Site cart, the "Buy in 1 click" button, Viber, Telegram, the chat on the Site, by email or by phone.
2. The Buyer confirms that the name, phone number, delivery address and document details provided are accurate and sufficient to fulfil the Order. The Seller is not liable for the consequences of errors in the data supplied by the Buyer.
3. An Order is deemed confirmed once the manager has agreed its contents, amount, delivery and payment method with the Buyer, or after a successful online payment.
4. The Seller may refuse an Order if the Goods are out of stock, the Buyer's data is incomplete or the Order shows signs of abuse. The Buyer is notified of the refusal and any payment is refunded in full.
5. When placing an Order on behalf of a legal entity or sole proprietor, the Buyer confirms they have the relevant authority and enters the company details in the dedicated checkout section.

4. Price of the Goods

Prices on the Site are in Ukrainian hryvnia and include all mandatory taxes and charges. The Seller may change prices until an Order is confirmed; the price of a confirmed Order is not subject to change.

Delivery is not included in the price of the Goods unless expressly stated. For Orders from ₴1,500 the Seller covers delivery within Ukraine. Pickup in Kyiv is always free.

5. Payment

• By card on the site — via the monobank (Universal Bank) payment service. Card details are entered on the bank side; the Seller neither receives nor stores them.
• Cash on delivery — payment on receipt at the carrier branch. The carrier charges its own money-transfer fee; that fee is not a Seller markup.
• Bank transfer — to the sole proprietor account. The Buyer sees the details right after checkout and receives them by email. For legal entities and sole proprietors we issue an invoice and a delivery note; document questions go to sales@yellowsquare.shop.

A prepaid Order is reserved in stock for up to 3 (three) business days. If payment is not received within that period, the Order may be cancelled.

6. Delivery

• Nova Poshta — branch, parcel locker or courier, at the carrier's rates.
• Ukrposhta — branch or courier, at the carrier's rates.
• Rozetka Delivery — branches and parcel lockers of the network.
• Meest Post — carrier branches.
• Pickup — Kyiv, 5 Leopolda Yashchenka Lane (near Vasylkivska metro station), by prior arrangement.

Orders confirmed before 16:00 on a business day are handed to the carrier the same day; the rest go the next business day. Delivery time is set by the carrier and is outside the Seller's control.

Title and the risk of accidental loss or damage pass to the Buyer when the Goods are handed to the carrier. The Buyer must inspect the parcel at the branch before signing: if it is damaged, draw up a report with the carrier and notify the Seller immediately. Claims about mechanical damage made after the documents are signed are not accepted by the carrier or the Seller.

If the Buyer does not collect the Order and it is returned to the Seller, the cost of the return shipment may be charged to the Buyer.

7. Quality and warranty

The Goods are supplied new and in factory packaging unless the product page expressly states otherwise (for example a display sample or a discounted item with the defect described).

• Equipment and tools — a 1-month warranty from the day of receipt unless the product page states otherwise.
• Spare parts and components — a 1-month warranty from the day of receipt unless the product page states otherwise.
• Consumables (fluxes, solders, filament, tapes, paper and similar) — no warranty applies; they are only subject to inspection on receipt.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover mechanical damage, the effects of liquid ingress or overheating, use other than as intended, unauthorised modification or normal wear. To make a claim we need the Order number and a description of the fault.

8. Returns and exchanges

A consumer Buyer may return or exchange Goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt if the Goods have not been used and their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels and the receipt have been preserved — under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

The right to exchange and return does not apply to Goods listed in the Schedule approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19 March 1994, in particular household chemicals and other items on that list.

How it works: write to the Seller in a messenger, by email or through the form on the Site, stating the Order number and the reason. The Seller will explain how to send the Goods back. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment within 3 (three) business days after the Goods are received and inspected. Return shipping for Goods of proper quality is paid by the Buyer; for faulty Goods, by the Seller.

9. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Seller undertakes to hand over the Goods in the completeness and quantity agreed in the Order; to provide accurate information about the Goods; to supply the documents confirming the purchase; and to abide by this offer.

The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data; to pay for and accept the Goods; to inspect the parcel on receipt; and to use the Goods as intended and in line with the manufacturer's instructions.

10. Liability and force majeure

The parties bear liability under the law of Ukraine. The Seller is not liable for harm caused by improper use of the Goods, for the actions of carriers and payment systems, or for the content of third-party sites linked to.

A party is released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure: war, hostilities, air raid alerts, power outages, decisions of authorities, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control.

11. Personal data

By placing an Order the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data (name, phone number, delivery address, email, company details) in order to fulfil the Order, deliver it, keep accounts and stay in touch. The processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Data is shared with carriers and payment services only to the extent needed to fulfil the Order.

12. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, design and structure of the Site belong to the Seller or are used lawfully. Copying the Site materials for commercial use without the Seller's written consent is not permitted.

13. Term of the offer and amendments

The offer is valid indefinitely until withdrawn by the Seller. The Seller may amend it by publishing a new version on this page. Orders already confirmed are governed by the version in force when they were placed.

14. Dispute resolution

Disputes are settled through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court under the law of Ukraine. The relationship of the parties is governed by Ukrainian law, in particular the Civil Code of Ukraine and the laws "On Consumer Protection" and "On Electronic Commerce".
