How we ship
Nova Poshta
1–2 days across Ukraine. Branch, parcel locker or courier to your door. The fastest and most common option.
Ukrposhta
2–5 days. The cheapest option, with branches even in small villages where other carriers do not operate.
Rozetka Delivery
1–3 days. Pickup points in large cities — convenient to collect on your way home.
Meest Post
2–4 days. Its own branch network across the country — an alternative when nothing else is nearby.
You choose the carrier and the exact branch at checkout. Delivery is paid on receipt at the carrier’s own rates.
Approximate cost: Nova Poshta to a branch — about ₴90–100 across Ukraine and from ₴70 within Kyiv for a parcel up to 2 kg. On orders from ₴1500 it’s ₴0 — we pay for delivery.
How to pay
By card on the site
Online payment via monobank: Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay / Google Pay. The money is charged at once and the order goes into processing without a call.
Cash on delivery
You pay on receipt at the branch. The carrier charges its own transfer fee — this is not our markup.
Bank transfer
Bank transfer to the sole proprietor account or to a card. You will see the details right after checkout and receive them by email. For companies the invoice and closing documents are sent by the sales team — sales@yellowsquare.shop.
Pickup
Kyiv, 5 Leopolda Yashchenka Lane
Near Vasylkivska metro station. Pickup by arrangement: message us on Viber or Telegram and we will agree on a time.
FAQ
How fast do you ship?
Orders before 16:00 on a working day ship the same day. Later ones go out the next morning.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available with all four carriers. Each of them charges its own fee for the service — it is not ours.
Do you work with legal entities?
Yes, we work under sole-proprietor details. Write to sales@yellowsquare.shop — we will send the invoice and closing documents.
What if the item doesn’t suit me?
Message us within 14 days. We’ll refund you or exchange it for the right one.
