What data we collect
- For an order: name, phone, city and carrier branch, and e-mail if needed.
- For a message through the form: name, phone and the message text.
- Technical data: anonymised visit statistics and the cookies the cart needs to work.
Why
- To assemble, charge for and ship the order.
- To answer your message and support you after the purchase.
- To meet the legal requirements on sales records.
Who we share it with
Only those without whom the order cannot arrive: the carrier for the shipment and the payment provider for the transaction. We never sell or pass contacts to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as accounting requires. Form messages for up to a year. You can ask us by e-mail to delete your data.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold, correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to info@yellowsquare.shop and we’ll reply within one working day.
